Actor Sean Penn, following his divorce with fellow celebrity couple participant Madonna, began dating Robin Wright. Robin played Jenny in the box office hit "Forrest Gump", and also starred with Kevin Costner in the romance flick "Message in a Bottle".
The couple had their first child in 1991, a son named Dylan Frances. Their second child, another son that they named Hopper Jack (after their friends Dennis Hopper and Jack Nicholson) was born in 1993.
Sean and Robin were married on April 27 of 1996. Recently, in 2007, the media started reporting that the couple had filed for divorce. However, in April of 2008, representatives for the couple announced that they had filed a petition to stop the divorce proceedings.
