In an interview with Barbara Walters, country music sensation Garth Brooks admitted that he had cheated on his wife of the time while on tour. The world came to find out the other party was probably his long time friend and fellow country music star, Trisha Yearwood. Shortly after Garth's divorce became final, him and Trisha started dating. They were married on December 10 of 2005 at their home in Oklahoma. This was the second marriage for Garth Brooks, and the third for Trisha Yearwood.
The actual proposal was done in front of 7,000 screaming fans during a concert on May 25, 2005. Brooks got down on one knee on stage and asked, and she accepted with little thought.
The couple owns three residences. One is in Goodlettsville, TN and they also have a house in Malibu, CA. The couples primary home however is a ranch in Owasso, Oklahoma, which is a suburb of Tulsa, OK.
